Ismael Armas Ruiz

Ismael Armas Ruiz has a diverse work experience in the field of cloud computing and customer support. Ismael started their career as a Customer Success & Support Engineer JR at Compucloud in June 2019 and worked in this role until June 2020. Ismael then progressed to become a Team Leader Customer Success & Support Engineer at the same company, where they worked from June 2020 to March 2021.

In March 2021, Ismael joined DinoCloud as a Cloud & DevOps Engineer and worked there until September 2021. Following this, they joined Grupo Salinas in October 2021 as a Supervisor SysOps Cloud and remained in this role until April 2022.

Currently, Ismael Armas Ruiz is working at Virket as an AWS Cloud SysOps Administrator since April 2022.

Ismael Armas Ruiz attended the Instituto Tecnológico de Minatitlán from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they pursued studies in the field of engineering systems and also focused on information technology, particularly in the area of computer systems. Ismael has obtained additional certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in November 2019 and the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator-Associate (SOA) in January 2021.
