Monica Salguero Navarro

Monica Salguero Navarro has had a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Monica began their career as a Gerente Operativo y Administrativo at Café Peña Bar, La Casa de los Espíritus from 1999 to 2002, where they implemented inventory control systems and promotional strategies. Monica then worked as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Despacho de Consultoría CADE from 2002 to 2004, where they contributed to the development of organizational and procedural manuals for different companies. From 2002 to 2004, they also served as an Auxiliar Administrativo at Dirección de Asentamientos Humanos, Secretaría de Urbanismo y Medio Ambiente, where they implemented budget controls and engaged in negotiation and quotation activities with suppliers.

From 2004 to 2011, Navarro assumed the role of Gerencia de Administración y Finanzas at Servicios Personales Técnicos y Administrativos a Empresas, S.C., providing professional services to Serviporteo del Centro, S.A de C.V.
