Traci Kyes

Traci Kyes is currently the VP of Business Development at ViroCell Biologics, a CDMO specializing in manufacturing viral vectors and gene-modified cells for novel cell and gene therapies. Traci previously held positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Arranta Bio, and Brammer Bio, where she excelled in roles such as Director of Business Development and Vice President of Commercial Operations. Traci's experience includes managing multiple programs, leading contract negotiations, and building strategic relationships to drive revenue growth. Prior to her career in biotech, Traci worked as an Operations Assistant at Gainesville Regional Utilities, where she managed projects, led strategic planning processes, and administered CMMS systems. Traci holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duke University.
