Leon de Waal is an experienced professional in the field of virology and preclinical research. Currently serving as the Manager of Preclinical Services at Viroclinics Biosciences BV since July 2009, Leon de Waal is responsible for initiating, conducting, and reporting on preclinical studies. Prior to this role, Leon de Waal completed a PhD at Erasmus MC in the Department of Virology, focusing on the genomics of respiratory infections and virus-host interactions.
