Tiana De Lalla

Tiana De Lalla has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Tiana began their career in 2011 as an Analytical Chemist at Altaire Pharmaceuticals, where they tested raw materials and finished products to ensure they met United States Pharmacopeia and National Formulary requirements. In 2012, they moved to Gemini Pharmaceuticals as an Analytical Chemist II, where they tested raw materials and finished products to ensure they met United States Pharmacopeia and In-House Requirements. Tiana also led the sustainability of the company by testing samples via HPLC using reverse phase technique and samples via UPLC using gradient technique and Empower 3 software. In 2019, they joined Novartis as a Quality Control Analyst Senior Associate, where they consulted with management and performed assigned tasks in a timely manner with alignment of company needs and time constraints for finished bulk and stability samples. Tiana also suggested recommendations to reassign work and prioritize tasks due to challenges of instrumentation error, sample addition to daily assignment, or other time constraints. Tiana also assisted management in vial/filter study enhancing analytical procedures by 20%. Currently, they are working as an Application Scientist at Virscidian, Inc. since 2022.

Tiana De Lalla obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Forensic Science from LIU Post between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they have two certifications from LinkedIn, "How to Rock an Interview" and "Learning Personal Branding", which were obtained in March 2021 and February 2021 respectively.
