We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with entrepreneurial mindset to build Virta business in Italy. You will be launching our sales activities in Italy with the aim of securing growth in the local market. You will be supported by sales organizations in Europe and enjoy collaboration with our product and technology teams. You will report directly to a Regional Sales Leader in Paris, France.

What you’ll do
Strive to understand customer needs and increase awareness among customers on how to create electric vehicle charging business with Virta’s comprehensive platform solution
Focus on new net sales development in Italy
Take ownership and deliver ambitious sales targets
Prospect qualification, development, and execution of new sales opportunities
Pipeline management, sales process management including effective forecasting and opportunity closure

What you’ll bring
You have a proven track record of selling complex solutions and previous sales experience gained within software or service sales (SaaS) organization managing many sales cycles at any one time. You are a result driven self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to engage C-level in strategic discussions. You are solution-oriented and understand value-based selling approach. You like technology and want to acquire a thorough knowledge of the Virta’s products.
You also have:
Ability to build trusted relationships, manage existing accounts and close new deals
Motivation to lead a team when our operations expand
A strong understanding of enterprise and corporate landscape in Italy
Existing contact network in Retail, Real Estate, Energy or Fuel Retail would be considered an advantage
Proven track record in communicating with C-Level decision makers and other key stakeholders
Experience in utilizing Sales Methodologies like MEDDIC / SPIN
Knowledge of digital sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism
Expertise in creating presentations, business calculations, business proposals and the ability to lead discovery workshops for prospects with modern tools, i.e MS PowerPoint, Excel, TEAMS
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
Willingness to travel as required (national and occasional international travel)
