Jaakko Liesmäki

Jaakko Liesmäki is the current Vice President of Customer Success & Delivery at Virta. Jaakko has held various positions at the company over the past 8 years, including Vice President of Delivery & Customer Success, Vice President of business unit, Vice President of Platform, Vice President of Services and Operations, Director of Services & Operations, and Head of Services. Prior to their time at Virta, Jaakko worked for Nissan Nordic Europe Oy for 3 years and 7 months, where they held positions such as Section Manager of Product Marketing, Product Specialist for Nissan LEAF, and Jr. Product Specialist for Nissan LEAF. Jaakko also worked as a Spare Parts Coordinator for Wärtsilä Finland Oy for 2 years and 10 months, and as a Research Trainee for the University of Helsinki for less than a year.

Jaakko Liesmäki has a certificate in Digital Transformation and Innovation Agility from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd, which they completed in 2019. Jaakko also has a Masters in International Management and international marketing from the University of Vaasa, which they completed in 2009. In 2006, they completed an exchange semester in Seoul, South Korea, where they studied MBA marketing and Korean culture & business at Sungkyunkwan University.
