Amit Shah

Amit Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amit has held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Virta Health since September 2016, where they are part of a team working towards reversing type-2 diabetes at scale. Amit was also a Council Member and Appointee for the Colorado Governor's Council for Active and Healthy Lifestyles from November 2016 to August 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Market Leader and VP Operations at Paladina Health, where they focused on client partnerships and building a strong team. In addition, Amit has held various roles at Paladina Health, including Market Leader, Director of Clinical Operations, and Operations Director-Client Services. Amit has also gained experience in business development at Hong Kong Incubator and operations and supply chain management at Amazon Lab126. Amit has held senior leadership positions such as Vice President of Operations at DURON Energy and Director of Operations and Marketing at Distributed World Power. Amit has participated in events such as TED and began their career as an Operations Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Amit has a background in supply chain and has worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Steelcase.

Amit Shah completed an MBA degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued an MSE degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
