Matthias Schill

Matthias Schill has extensive work experience as a software developer and engineer. Matthias is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at VirTra since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Senior Software Engineer in their own company from January 2020. From June 2019 to January 2020, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Altia.

Before that, Matthias held the position of Senior Software Engineer at VirTra Systems from August 2012 to September 2018. In 2012, they worked as an Independent Software Consultant, developing a Unity 3D web application with custom shaders and a content pipeline.

Matthias also has experience as a Software Consultant at Cynergy Systems, where they worked on user experience development and backend programming.
