Kiril Lazarov is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Specialist at Virtu Financial since July 2017, Kiril previously held the position of Assistant Vice President - Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance at KCG Holdings, Inc. from June 2010 to July 2017. Kiril began their career as an Internal Audit Intern at Knight Capital Group between May 2008 and May 2010. Kiril holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from Saint Peter's University, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Marketing Management from the same institution, earned in 2010.
