Tasneem Nijboer

Tasneem Nijboer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tasneem began their career as a Marketing Communications Intern at Jets Swimwear in 2012, where they were responsible for designing marketing materials, managing social media interactions, and promoting the brand at events. In 2013, they worked as a Public Relations Manager Intern at Silk Productions Events & Models, where they planned and implemented PR strategies for clients, wrote press releases, and developed advertising materials.

Tasneem then transitioned into the hospitality industry, joining Dante Kitchen & Bar as a Shiftleader in 2013. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing employees, and handling customer complaints and conflicts.

In 2016, Tasneem joined Virtuagym as a B2B Client Success Consultant, where they ensured the success of customers by onboarding new clients, delivering support, and identifying customer needs. Tasneem then went on to become an International Key Account Manager, managing relationships with enterprise clients and ensuring their business goals were met.

Tasneem's role at Virtuagym expanded further when they became the Team Leader Key Accounts EMEA in 2019. In addition to managing a team, they mentored and coached team members, helped resolve challenging customer situations, and contributed to process optimization within the department.

Most recently, Tasneem held the position of Global Head of Key Account (Customer Success) Management at Virtuagym. In this role, they led and oversaw the activities of the entire department, set the vision and strategy for customer success and growth, and improved team performance insights through the use of Salesforce. Tasneem also automated and improved the QBR/EBR process to build strong relationships with customers and ensure their business objectives were met.

Tasneem Nijboer received their Bachelor's degree in HBO Communicatie from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, from the years 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their HAVO degree in Cultuur en Maatschappij from Winkler Prins, Veendam, from 2004 to 2009.
