With a long-standing tenure at Muzinich & Co since July 2001, Ersilia has occupied various roles including Non-Executive Director, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer for Europe, Managing Director of Marketing and Client Relations, Director of Institutional Marketing, and Marketing Executive. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Business Development Manager at Dealcomposer Ltd. and Assistant Underwriter at Catlin. Ersilia began a Management Training Programme at Lloyd's of London in 1999. Educational qualifications consist of an Executive Programme from London Business School, an MSc in International Marketing from London South Bank University, an MA in Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and a year as an Erasmus Exchange Student at Aarhus University.
