Joseph then transitioned into Program Management and earned a degree in Defense Program Management from the Defense Systems Management College. After a few years working in the field, they decided to return to school and earn a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from [Manhattan College](/org/manhattan-college) and Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Joseph also holds an MBA/APC in Finance from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
