Jaleesa Poston

Jaleesa Poston is a Compliance Specialist for the Virtual Business Office Associates (VBOA). She joined the Columbia team as a Hybrid Staffing Assistant in November 2021. She assists in the recruiting efforts of high-volume, entry-level opportunities. She thrives in a task-oriented environment and had the opportunity to assist the Compliance Team with daily responsibilities as well.

Jaleesa joins the team with a great deal of experience in HR where she helped to recruit and onboard new employees for childcare facilities in Charlotte. Prior to joining the team, she worked for Oakcrest Preparatory Academy as a Childcare Director. Jaleesa graduated from Winthrop University with her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a specialization in Early Intervention which led her into the world of helping families and children.
