Prior experience includes founding Integrated Consulting, where significant operational changes were managed in the mining and oil & gas sectors, and serving as Principal Consultant at Rio Tinto, where responsibilities encompassed business and people systems design. Lionel's academic credentials include a Master of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, complemented by leadership in executive coaching and facilitation throughout a distinguished career.
