Björn Strand

Björn Strand is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Virtual Days, focusing on a matching and recruitment platform for sustainable meetings and events. Alongside this role, he is the Owner of Lansera Sports Camp, providing sports camps with carefully selected leaders for children. Additionally, he owns Work International, an international recruitment agency, and Lansera AB, specializing in recruitment, marketing, and sales. Björn also served as the Chairman of Framtidsverket, organizing Sweden's largest virtual recruitment events. With previous experience at Xerox, Siemens, AstraZeneca, and Iduna AB, he has a background in technical project management, communication, and IT consulting. Björn holds degrees from Berghs School of Communication, Heriot-Watt University, Chalmers University of Technology, and has military training from the Swedish Armed Forces.
