Thor Tophoj currently serves as the Head of Growth at Virtual Hive, focusing on revenue generation and strategic operations. With a proven track record in growth marketing, Thor Tophoj previously worked as a Growth Marketing Consultant at Signifly, where responsibilities included consumer research and establishing the Growth Team. Prior experience includes leading product marketing at Obital, driving significant account growth at Pento as a Lead Account Executive, and building a sales pipeline as Sales Marketing Manager at The Syrup Company. Thor Tophoj began a military career as a Sergeant in the Royal Danish Navy and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration & Communication from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a Lieutenant degree from the Royal Danish Defence College.
