Brandon Williams

Brandon Williams has worked for two companies, Virtual Incision Corp since 2021 and BD since 2005. At Virtual Incision Corp they are the Director of Quality. At BD they have held several roles including Manufacturing Leader, Operations Team Leader, Associate Manager Quality Compliance, Lead Production Facilitator, Operations Supervisor and Set Up. As Manufacturing Leader, they managed 7 exempt direct reports across a 24/7 shift structure and 225 hourly associates in a high speed Medical Device Manufacturing environment. As Associate Manager Quality Compliance, they managed 5 exempt Quality System associates and was ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certified. As Operations Supervisor, they supervised up to 50 employees on a daily basis, planned production schedules to ensure customer demand was being met, monitored and planned financial performance and forecast changes to the plan, and budgeted expenses, labor and capital projects.

Brandon Williams attended Holdrege High School, graduating with a General degree. Brandon then attended Wayne State College, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from 2002 to 2004. Brandon went on to the University of Phoenix, where they received a BSB in Integrated Supply Chain Operations Management from 2006 to 2009.
