Micaela Flesch

Micaela Flesch is a Senior Intern Experience Manager at Virtual Internships since January 2022, responsible for mentoring a team of Intern Experience Managers, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate internship placements, and addressing complex student inquiries. Previously, Micaela held roles as an Intern Experience Manager, Registered Counsellor at Micaela Flesch Registered Counsellor, Academic and Behavioural Facilitator at Cape Town Torah High, and Registered Counsellor at Human Progress Management and Herbert Hurd Primary School. Micaela's background also includes volunteer work as a Registered Counsellor on the Phelophepa Healthcare Train and experience as a Psycho-educational Facilitator. Micaela holds a BPsych (Counselling) degree from Nelson Mandela University.
