David Carr has a long and varied work experience. David began their career in 1991 as a Branch Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they were responsible for full P&L, growing and managing fleet, training employees on sales techniques for ancillary products, strengthening relationships with business partners, creating new business opportunities and running day-to-day operations of branch. In 1994, they moved to Enterprise Car Sales, where they held the positions of Group Car Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Manager and Area Manager. David was responsible for establishing a regional division from the ground up, and managed a department of 27 people. In 2005, they joined Eli Lilly and Company as a Senior Sales Rep, representing a self-injection device and medication for the treatment of Osteoporosis. David then moved to Neurometrix in 2007 as a Territory Manager, specializing in the Physician Office Market. In 2010, they joined Prodigy Medical Technologies, LLC as a Territory Sales. In 2012, they joined Pearson VUE as a Clinical Account Manager. In 2013, they joined Bioquell as a Sales Manager for the Midwest and South Central regions. In 2016, they joined Surfacide, LLC as a Regional Sales Director. In 2019, they joined Cupron, Inc. as a Senior Business Development Manager. Finally, in 2020, they joined Virtual Mgr as the Senior Director of Sales and Director of Sales for North America.

David Carr has a diverse educational background. David obtained a Marketing degree in Business from the University of New Orleans between 1986 and 1990. David attended Louisiana State University from 1985 to 1986, studying Business. In 2009, they completed the Professional Development Series and Senior Military Emergency Management Specialist from FEMA - - Emergency Management Institute (EMI). David then attended the Ohio Military Reserve Academy from 2009 to 2022, where they earned a Non-Commissioned Officer in Leadership. In 2010, they attended the National Guard Professional Education Center for Emergency Management. David also attended the State Guard Association of the United States / Military Emergency Management in 2009 and 2010, where they earned a Military Emergency Management Specialist-Basic in Emergency Management. In 2014, they completed the Primary Airborne Course - Basic Parachutist - SF-10 Qualification from the National Parachute Testing Center - X35. Additionally, they obtained a Tactical Baton Certification from ASP, INC (Armament Systems and Procedures) in June 2016.
