Steve Fillingham

Steve Fillingham has over 25 years of experience in the software engineering industry. Steve began their career in 1993 as a Contract Software Engineer for Australian Target Systems, where they developed a CAD based tool for designing targets used in live fire ranges around the world, and enhanced and supported existing real time embedded systems used in target ranges. In 1996, they became a Software Team Lead for CodeDrive Pty Ltd, a small family owned business, where they project managed and developed custom software for a variety of customers across a range of markets. In 2003, they moved to Anite as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2004, they took a similar role at Liberty Financial Group. In 2005, they joined MTData as a Software Engineer, where they were the prime developer for the in car software for MTData's world wide successful Taxi Dispatch systems, and developed MTData's white labelled and very popular global iPhone mobile booker. Since 2015, they have been Chief Technology Officer at Virtual Mgr, where they have been helping to change the way teams are managed across dispersed locations, and providing clients with access to cost savings, compliance and quality improvements, and employee satisfaction.

Steve Fillingham completed a Bachelor of Robotics and Digital Technology in Computer Science from Monash University between 1991 and 1993.
