Kashif Hameed

Kashif Hameed boasts over two decades of experience in the IT industry, currently serving as Manager IT and former Sr. Software Engineer at the Virtual University of Pakistan since February 2010. Responsibilities include leading development processes for various web applications, notably VU-Accounts and Store Systems. Previous roles include Sr. Software Engineer at Alias Bit Consultancy, where contributions were made to Adviserlogic, and at OBISoft, where SimService was developed and deployed. Kashif also held the position of Computer Programmer at SIMS/Services Hospital Lahore, leading a team to analyze requirements and oversee system updates, along with data backup management. Early career experience includes a Software Engineer position at ALR Soft, developing the NETS e-commerce platform. Kashif Hameed holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Al-Khair University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Physics from the University of the Punjab.
