Lance Stange

Lance Stange is the current Chief Operating Officer at VirtualCorp. Lance has over fifteen years of experience in sales and engineering, with a focus on business continuity and disaster recovery solutions. Lance began their career in 2004 as a Professional Services/Sales Engineer at CalAmp Corp. After three years in that role, they moved to MIR3, Inc. where they served as Senior Sales Engineer for four years. In this role, they supported the sales organization and helped to create and implement sales strategies. Lance then spent six years at Vivit Worldwide, leading the Atlanta chapter. In 2011, they joined xMatters, inc as Senior Sales Engineer, Manager, BCM Alliances. In this role, they managed and grew the Business Continuity line of services at xMatters. Lance also served as a technical advisor and overlay for all Business Continuity opportunities, managed channel partners, liaised with product management, and trained sales organization on Business Continuity sales strategies. Lance left xMatters in 2014 to join VirtualCorp as Chief Operating Officer.

Lance Stange has completed the foundations, sales mastery, and enterprise selling programs at the Sandler Sales Institute. Lance also holds certifications from PADI and the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).

They are on a team with Bryce Noland - Director, Technology, John Hill - Director, Professional Services, and Kurt Sohn - VP, Client Experience. Their manager is Scott Ream, CEO & President.
