Valerie Moschella

Valerie Moschella is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading technical project management teams at Virtual, Inc. since April 2005. Currently serving as the Director of the Technical Project Management Office, Valerie drives complex projects and initiatives for the organization and its clients. As the founder of the Business Transformation & Project Management Office, Valerie has spearheaded efforts to reengineer processes across various operational domains, enhancing efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Prior roles include managing complex technical projects as a Technical Program Manager and overseeing web services initiatives as a Web Services Program Manager. Valerie's earlier experiences include positions such as IT Network Administrator at Boardwalk Real Estate Corp. and Systems Implementation Specialist at Sprint. Valerie holds a degree as a Certified Network Administrator and is currently pursuing further education at the MIT Sloan School of Management (April 2024 - December 2025).
