Alan Newton

Alan Newton has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alan currently works as the COO at E X P L O R E, an AI-automated virtual tour platform. Prior to this, they held the same role at virtuall, a company that creates innovative products to connect the world sustainably. Alan is also a member of the House of Beautiful Business, Top Tier Impact, and The Institute of Directors. Alan is an advocate for #GirlsClub, a sales leadership training program focused on developing women in the sales industry. In the past, they served as the Global Supply Chain Director - EventCom at Grass Roots and held voluntary roles as a Peer Mentor at ILEA Europe and a Board Member at EVCOM. Alan also worked as the Head of Procurement at Zibrant, a division of BCD Meetings & Events.

Alan Newton obtained a Bachelor's degree in LAW with Sociology from the University of Derby in 1998. Alan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Executive Education from Hult International Business School from 2012 to 2014. In addition, during their time at Hult International Business School, they also earned a Certificate in Global Leadership in 2014. Prior to their university education, Alan attended Deyes High School in Liverpool from 1988 to 1995, where they completed their A-Levels. Alan has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including "Managing Generation Z," "Managing Your Well-Being as a Leader," "Presentation Tips for Pitching to Investors," "Marketing to Generation Z," "SaaS Sales Foundations," and "Unlocking Authentic Communication in a Culturally-Diverse Workplace."
