Most recently, James served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Maverick Disruption, where they helped organizations align their culture and thinking around ideas and designed products and services that customers love. James also taught others how to build world-leading products using the unique Maverick validation process.

Prior to this, James worked as an Advisor and Investor at Monsarrat - The Next Big Thing in Mobile AR Gaming, where they provided guidance and attended meetings to support the vision of the company in the AR gaming space.

Before that, James was the CPO (interim) & Non-Executive Director at virtuall, where they played a key role in product development and provided strategic guidance.

James also has experience as the Co-Founder and CEO of agencymobile, Apple's first iOS developer in Europe. James led the way in developing native mobile applications across various platforms and developed the first Hybrid app in the App Store.

Additionally, James has worked as an Angelhack Mentor at Testlio, a Product Development Director at blippar, and a Director of Technology at Iris. James also held positions as a Technical Director / Head of Mobile at VCCP and a Technical Director at Dare, where they implemented technology team structures, introduced mobile offerings, and won awards for client projects.

At WDPA, James served as the Head of Digital, where they developed the agency's digital strategy, provided client-facing consultancy, and raised the agency's profile in the New Media discipline.

James P. attended Donhead - Wimbledon College Prep School from 1981 to 1986, where they received an education in an amazing life. James then went on to attend Wimbledon College from 1986 to 1989, though their field of study is unknown. Following this, they attended Farnborough Sixth Form College from 1989 to 1991, where they studied Graphic Design, Computer Science, and English Language. Finally, they attended the University of Bedfordshire from 1991 to 1994, where they graduated with a B.A. (Hons) in Media Arts.
