The Sourcing team is in charge of being our first contact with talent. What is their day-to-day work like? They conduct an exhaustive search for the best talent in LATAM. They contact them and, once they notice interest, they ask them for their CV. If their CV seems to fit Virtualmind, our Sourcing team does an English test and if their level meets our requirements, they send the candidate’s profile to Recruiting, who then continues with the process.
