Ulf Kühnapfel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ulf co-founded virtualQ in 2014 and held various roles including Co-Founder, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and CEO. At virtualQ, they developed cutting-edge optimization technology for organizations to simplify customer connections. Prior to virtualQ, Ulf worked at Daimler AG as a UI/UX Designer, where they designed interface experiences for Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles. Ulf also worked as a Brand Marketing Consultant at geh'nial, a Designer at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA, a Design Marketing Strategist at Deutsche Telekom AG, and completed their Strategy & Transportation Design Diploma Thesis at KISKA. Ulf also gained experience through internships at Audi AG and BrainStore, where they worked on concept design projects and assisted in innovation management. Currently, they are a Partner and Business Angel Investor at Blue Karma Invest.

Ulf Kühnapfel began their education at Lichtenbergschule Darmstadt from 1995 to 2004, where they obtained their Abitur degree with a focus on art and physics. Ulf then pursued further studies in Industrial Design. From 2005 to 2006, they attended Fachhochschule Darmstadt, earning a Diploma in Industrial Design. Ulf continued their education at FH Joanneum from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained another Diploma in Industrial Design. In addition to their formal education, Ulf Kühnapfel has also obtained certifications in Compassionate Leadership from LinkedIn in August 2022, and Sales Enablement from HubSpot Academy in January 2022.
