Gabriel A. has worked in the IT industry since 2009. Gabriel began their career at Firstsource Solutions Limited as an IT Executive, where they were responsible for End User Support, Server Support, and IT Operations during their assigned shift. Additionally, they were responsible for 24x7 IT Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Capacity Management, Configuration Management, Supplier Management, and Asset Management. Gabriel also acted as the primary contact for all technology projects and migrations. In 2017, they moved to Virtudesk, where they currently work as a Web & Content Designer.

Gabriel A. attended San Beda College Alabang from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in IT Systems Development.
