Debby Vellozzi

Debby Vellozzi has over 20 years of experience in product development and brand planning in the beauty industry. Debby began their career in 1994 as a Marketing Manager at Zotos International, a subsidiary of Shiseido USA. In 2003, they took on the role of Director of Product Development at Frederic Fekkai & Co. Debby then moved on to become Director of Product Development at Strivectin Operating Company in 2009. In 2012, they took on the role of Head of Product Development at Virtue Labs LLC, and also worked as a Product Development Expert at DSV Product Development. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of new product development, product management and strategic brand planning, with a focus on hair, skin and body. Debby had a strong grounding in product innovation and market awareness and was able to successfully navigate and direct the critical pathway from initial product conceptualization and product development stage through consumer testing, product refinement, and brand expansion stages.

Debby Vellozzi earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University between 1986 and 1990. Debby then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Sacred Heart University.
