Shari Garfinkel

Shari Garfinkel has over 30 years of Human Resources experience. Shari began their career in 1990 as a Staffing Consultant at Reader's Digest Association. Shari then moved to Sony Music Entertainment in 1991 as a Staffing Manager. In 1997, they became the Head of Human Resources for Frederic Fekkai at Procter & Gamble Beauty/Chrysallis. From 2009 to 2014, they held the Head of Human Resources position at Chrysallis/Strivectin Operating Company and Nia24. Shari then held the Interim Director of Human Resources role with Terra Holdings, LLC - Brown Harris Stevens/Halstead Property from 2014 to 2015. During this same period, they were also the Executive Director of Human Resources at both Laura Geller Beauty, LLC and NEST Fragrances. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Director of Human Resources at Oscar de la Renta. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at Virtue Labs LLC.

Shari Garfinkel obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Binghamton University School of Management in 1980. Shari is also MBTI Certified.
