As President and CEO of Virtuoso Consulting, LLC, since September 2010, Courtney has excelled in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery while exceeding customer expectations. Previous experience includes revitalizing the Project Management Office at BCT Partners, enhancing project standards and strategic planning at various organizations, and leading numerous initiatives focused on quality assurance and performance metrics. With a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University and a background in governance and process development across multiple sectors, Courtney Anderson has consistently demonstrated expertise in optimizing project execution and fostering accountability.
