Andy Dickin has over 17 years of work experience in sales and software testing. In 2021, they began working as the Head of Sales EMEA - Low Code AI Test Automation at Virtuoso, where they are responsible for empowering anyone to automate the most complex tests in plain English. Prior to this, they were the Director of Quality Engineering at UST (2020), European Head of Sales at Mindtree Test Engineering Services (2017), Head of Sales - Financial Services at Sogeti (2016), Sales Leader - Managed Services EMEA at Fiserv (2015), Director - European Testing Sales at Virtusa (2014), Specialist Sales - Software Testing at CSC (2008), Account Director at Applabs - A CSC Company (2008), Head of Sales at KnowledgeCore (2006), and Sales Manager at DeRisk IT (2004).

Andy Dickin attended Trent College from 1991 to 1993, followed by Brunel University London from 1993 to 1996 where they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Business & Computing.
