Rick Conover

Rick Conover has a long and successful career in the technology industry. Rick began their career in 1996 as a National Account Manager at CA Technologies. In 2000, they moved to iTRACS Corporation as a Regional Enterprise Sales. In 2004, Conover joined Symantec as a Regional Sales Director, Endpoint Management. In 2011, they joined Matrix42 as Vice President, North America Sales, where they were responsible for building and leading sales, pre-sales, and business development/leadgen teams. In 2013, Conover moved to Nexthink as Director, where they were responsible for growing and driving overall business in North America. In 2021, they joined Leapwork as VP East/Central and US Regional Director. Most recently, in 2022, Conover was appointed Head of US at Virtuoso.

Rick Conover attended Drexel University where they earned a degree in Architecture.
