Sneha Christall began their career in 2016 as a Features Writer Intern at The Hindu, one of India's leading print and online newspapers. Sneha then joined Zoho Corporation in 2017 as an Intern- Content Writer for their Customer Engagement Platform, Zoho SalesIQ. After completing their internship, they were offered a full-time role as Growth & Content Marketer for their Business Collaboration Platform, Zoho Cliq. In 2019, they joined Knowledge Lens as a Marketing and Brand Executive, working on product messaging, market positioning, customer segmentation and competitor analysis. Sneha then advanced to the role of Marketing and Brand Manager- Product, and later Marketing and Brand Manager, creating long form content, building and growing Knowledge Lens' social media presence and driving brand awareness. In 2022, Sneha began working as a Product Marketing Manager at Virtuoso and Content Marketing Manager at Turing.com, where they worked on Turing Community's communications strategy & Email Marketing campaigns in a cross-functional capacity.

Sneha Christall has completed an Executive Program in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2020 to 2021. Sneha obtained their Master's Degree in English from Stella Maris College from 2015 to 2017. Sneha also holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Women's Christian College Chennai from 2012 to 2015. Sneha has also completed a DELF A2 in French from Alliance Francaise of Madras in 2014 and a Certificate Course on Cinema and the Human Condition from Concordia College-New York in 2013. Additionally, they have completed their High School from The Emirates National School from 2000 to 2011.
