Kelly Angus

Kelly Angus, PhD, currently serves as Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Virtuous since January 2022, having previously held roles at Blackbaud from January 2014 to December 2021, including Customer Insights Team Lead and Market Insights Manager, where responsibilities included managing the corporate customer survey program and creating dashboards for real-time insights. Prior to Blackbaud, Kelly worked at Levelwing as a Senior Social Research Analyst, focusing on social media data analysis and content creation. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Associate at the University of Tennessee and an Adjunct Professor at Miami University, both in the field of sports studies. Kelly holds a PhD in Kinesiology and Sport Studies from the University of Tennessee, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Miami University.
