Tiffany Marosits

Tiffany Marosits has a strong background in the financial industry, with experience working for reputable companies such as Virtus Investment Partners, Barings, Barings Securities LLC, Babson Capital Management, Dechert LLP, and Investors Bank & Trust. Tiffany most recently held the position of Vice President & Senior Regulatory Counsel at Virtus Investment Partners, where they currently work. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at Barings from 2016 to 2019. During their time at Barings, they also served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Barings Securities LLC, a FINRA member. Before joining Barings, Tiffany worked as a Counsel at Babson Capital Management from 2007 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Dechert LLP from 2002 to 2007. Tiffany began their career at Investors Bank & Trust, where they held various positions from 1997 to 1999.

Tiffany Marosits completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Theater Arts at Muhlenberg College from 1992 to 1996. Subsequently, they attended Boston College Law School from 1999 to 2002, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a focus on Law. In 2015, Tiffany obtained additional certifications including the Series 24 and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
