Thien-An Nguyen

Thien-An Nguyen serves as the IT Senior Director at Virtusa beginning November 2023, specializing in DevOps, Quality Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Prior to this role, Thien-An held the position of IT Lead Director - Enterprise DevSecOps at CVS Health from January 2021 to October 2023, where significant accomplishments included overseeing the transformation of the CVS Enterprise DevSecOps model, which successfully onboarded 2,162 applications, resulting in a dramatic reduction in outages and incidents. Thien-An also led quality engineering initiatives and developed automated testing solutions to enhance software lifecycle processes. Earlier experience at Aetna spanned nearly two decades in various leadership roles, driving the DevSecOps transformation program and implementing security standards across numerous application teams. Thien-An holds a degree in Information Systems from Drexel University.
