Julia Bojarski

Julia Bojarski has had a successful career in Human Resources, having worked for four different companies over the past 13 years. In 2021, they took on the role of Head of People and Culture at Virus Geeks, where they were responsible for building processes for performance evaluations for remote first team, scaling operations and management team, and company culture realization for employee satisfaction, recognition and employer branding. From 2018 to 2021, Julia worked as the Controller and Human Resources Director at GH McCulloch, Inc., where they achieved regulatory compliance with no adverse audit findings, implemented a behavioral-based performance management system, and liaised between multiple project managers to improve communications. From 2011 to 2018, Julia was the Human Resource Office Manager at Oregon Trust LLC, where they were responsible for marketing and new enrollment, safety management and compliance testing, payroll processing HRIS system specialist, bookkeeping accounts payable/accounts receivable, facilitating onboarding sessions and on-the-job training for new hires, expanding operational bases and increasing revenues by developing and integrating business plans, planning marketing initiatives and leveraging referral networks to promote business development, and identifying appropriate marketing channels and target customers for campaigns. Finally, from 2008 to 2011, Julia was the Executive Assistant and Human Resource Generalist at DMS, where they were responsible for spearheading shared governance and collaboration on employee relations, HR administration, collective bargaining agreements and related HR topics, designing robust compensation and benefits packages to attract top employees, and directing hiring and onboarding programs for new employees.

Julia Bojarski attended Ashford University from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Elementary Education and Teaching.
