Hildur Hafsteinsdóttir

Hildur Hafsteinsdóttir has a diverse range of experience in marketing and customer experience roles. Hildur is currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience at VÍS Insurance Ltd since September 2023. Prior to this, Hildur worked as an Assistant Professor in Integrated Marketing Communications at Háskóli Íslands starting from March 2022. Hildur also held the position of Director of Marketing and Customer Experience at Isavia from June 2022 to August 2023. Hildur has further experience as a Board Member at IMARK from August 2017 to June 2022. Before that, they worked at Siminn as the Director of Marketing and Communications from December 2014 to May 2022, and as a Marketing Manager from May 2009 to December 2014. Hildur started their career at Icelandair as a Project Manager in Marketing from June 2006 to May 2009.

Hildur Hafsteinsdóttir holds a Master of Business Management (MBM) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Reykjavik University. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. Viðskiptafræði from Háskóli Íslands.
