Ciyi Lim

Ciyi Lim currently serves as Vice President and Head of New Platforms, Data & Risk Solutions at Visa, where responsibilities include P&L ownership of a product portfolio exceeding US$120M and leading a team of over 20 product managers and sales specialists across the Asia Pacific region. Previous roles at Visa include Vice President and Head of Innovation, and Senior Director of Strategy, where Ciyi led design-centric projects and cross-functional initiatives focused on market strategies in the Asia Pacific. Prior to Visa, Ciyi was a Principal at Bain & Company, leading consulting teams for banks and insurers, and held a Strategy Manager position at PayPal, focusing on market entry strategies. Early career experience includes consulting roles at Accenture and an internship at McKinsey & Company. Ciyi holds an MSc with Distinction in Management from Imperial College London and a First Class Honours BA in English Literature from UCL.
