Gen Harrison-Doss

Gen H. serves as the Sr. Director of Global Technology Talent Acquisition & Military Programs at Visa, leading a team of 30 professionals focused on talent acquisition within the Global FinTech sector. Previously, Gen held various leadership roles at Amazon, managing teams that successfully recruited over 2,500 veterans for leadership positions and spearheading the company's military spouse initiatives. Gen's extensive experience in military recruitment began at Emeritus and Govig & Associates, where a strong foundation in sourcing and executive recruitment was established. Gen holds a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, a PHR certification from Seattle Pacific University, a Project Management Certification from Cornell University, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Arizona State University.
