Jerald Jiang

Jerald Jiang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in technology and operations roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director, People Business Partner at Visa since June 2022, Jerald previously held the position of SVP, HR Business Partner at DBS Bank from June 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, Jerald was a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon Web Services from November 2016 to June 2020, and served in various capacities at Hewlett-Packard, including Regional HR Business Partner and Workforce Planning Program Manager, from May 2010 to November 2016. Jerald began the career at the Ministry of Manpower as Senior Manager (Workforce Planning) from August 2007 to May 2010. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, obtained between 2002 and 2006.
