Jeremy Broome

Jeremy Broome is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Talent at Visa since January 2019, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. Previously, Jeremy held several senior HR roles at Deutsche Bank from January 2008 to December 2018, including SVP Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, Jeremy worked at Arq International as Director and began a career at Bird Moore Partnership as a Researcher. Jeremy's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Museology/Museum Studies from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Ancient History and Archaeology from Durham University.
