Jose Lobez

Jose Lobez, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Global Artificial Intelligence and Data Innovation at Visa, overseeing AI, GenAI, ML, Data Products, Data Science, and AI Governance. Previously, Jose held the position of Global Head of Data Science & Analytics at Reddit, where leadership was provided across various domains including Consumer Product and Advertising. Jose also led the Data Science & Revenue Management department at Anheuser-Busch InBev, transforming the organization’s global operations. Earlier roles include Principal at Mars & Co., managing strategy consulting for major clients, and Product Manager at IBM, focusing on go-to-market strategies for AI technologies. Jose's academic background includes a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where a focus was placed on nanotechnology research and interdisciplinary collaboration. Additional academic credentials include degrees in Chemistry and Computer Science from Universidad de Zaragoza.
