Marissa McCourry

Marissa McCourry is an accomplished leadership development specialist and executive coach with extensive experience in various roles across multiple esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at Visa since September 2021, Marissa provides performance consulting and expertise in leadership development within the corporate university. As the Principal Consultant and Executive Coach at mFluence Coaching & Consulting since November 2016, Marissa focuses on individual leadership and performance coaching, as well as speaker coaching for corporate executives.
