Oliver Jenkyn

EVP & Group President & Regional President, North America Visa at Visa

Oliver Jenkyn is Visa’s executive vice president and regional president for North America. In this capacity, Mr. Jenkyn has business, fiscal, strategic and operational responsibility for the company’s business in the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Jenkyn has run Visa’s North America business since 2011. He joined Visa in 2009 as global head of strategy and corporate development.

Prior to Visa, Mr. Jenkyn was a partner at McKinsey & Company in the San Francisco, New York, London and Toronto offices, and a leader of the firm's North American retail banking practice and global payments practice. Mr. Jenkyn also led McKinsey’s relationship with Visa for five years, which included playing integral roles in Visa's global restructuring and IPO.

Mr. Jenkyn holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from McGill University and master's degrees in business and finance from Harvard University and Queen's University. Mr. Jenkyn sits on the Board of Directors of Tipping Point and the Board of Trustees at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco.
