Romina Seltzer

Romina Seltzer is the Senior Vice President and Head of Product and Innovation at Visa Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as the Senior Vice President of Strategy for the region, a role held since September 2001. In these capacities, Romina has been instrumental in developing strategies to enhance Visa’s market position and is responsible for the Pricing and Interchange functions. Previously, Romina served as an Assistant Vice President in Visa Consulting Services, advising banks on credit card portfolio profitability. Romina also participated in Visa's Leadership Development Program, a two-year initiative for skill enhancement in general management and leadership. Prior to joining Visa, Romina worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen, leading teams on consulting projects in various countries. Romina holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Universidad Nacional del Sur.
