Sayeed Mohammed

Sayeed Mohammed serves as the Global Head of Product for Token ID at Visa since October 2019, spearheading the development of the Token Gateway Service and managing a portfolio aimed at advancing tokenization use cases. Prior to this role, Sayeed held several positions at Visa, including Senior Director of Digital Products, where leadership across five regions led to the creation of multiple market-specific strategies and the digital market expansion strategy in over 200 markets. Other notable roles include Director of Digital Products, where significant contributions were made to EMV Tokenization standards and launching major mobile payment solutions, and Business Leader for Global Processing Products, enhancing mobile and loyalty services. Sayeed’s career began at Deutsche Bank and included positions at VeriFone Inc. and Integration Technologies Limited, all focusing on product management in payment systems. Sayeed holds an MS in Management and Software Engineering from The University of Auckland and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University.
