Thereshini Peter

Thereshini Peter currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Visa in the Middle East and North Africa, a role held since October 2019, providing financial leadership and strategy across the region. Previous experience includes a tenure at PepsiCo from April 2009 to October 2019, where Thereshini held several senior finance positions, including Senior Director of Supply Chain Finance for the AMEA region and Director of New Business Development. Prior roles also include financial positions at Unilever and as Financial Controller for John Frieda UK and Kao Brands Europe. Academically, Thereshini holds a BCOM in Accounting and an Honors degree in Management Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, in addition to a CIMA qualification in Management Accounting and a Coaching Certificate from the International Coach Federation.
